Abstract

This study aims to research about how much the places that use the activity as a therapeutic resource interpose in the management of equipment health and about the way the management is held, interpose with the places used to activities as a therapeutic resource. The division of labor into three plateaus allows independent readings, while producing meetings throughout the text, will be completed in the last part. The first Plateau concerns about the several connections that make up the Brazilian Health System. It will be described as a rhizome with all its ramifications and endless derivations. We will treat the psychiatric reform and the way that have taken in the construction of public policies on mental health. The second plateau describes the genealogy of the uses of activities and the Occupational Therapy profession. In it a machine that makes life goes on will turn on and it is going to compose important aspects of mental health and psychiatric reform. In the last plateau will be discussed the issue of management of mental health services, the clinic and the interference that the capital has in this issue. In Conclusion, the interpose occurs in many different moments and the clinic and management are regarded as two separate plans only didactically, or in the way of Taylor and capitalist produce the world.
