Programa de inclusão digital em Vitória (ES) : uma avaliação na ótica das políticas sociais

Abstract

That research has as objective analyzes the politics of inclusion of the municipal district of Vitória (ES) in the context of the transformations happened in the contemporary capitalism and of the popularization of the speech of the emergency of a society of the information and of the knowledge. Our starting point is the establishment of a mechanical relationship between the digital inclusion and social inclusion, the one that allowed formulate us the subject that crosses the whole text: can the inclusion be considered a social politics? For that we intended to build relationships among the digital inclusion, the changes in the contemporary capitalism, the society of the information and of the knowledge and the social politics in a totality perspective. As analysis categories used the configuration and inclusion of the programs and your financing, taking as reference the methodology adopted by Boschetti (2007).
