Uma aproximação do trabalho das assistentes sociais junto às mulheres usuárias do programa bolsa família

Abstract

The present Masters Dissertation aims to start a rapprochement of the labor of social workers with women who use the Bolsa Família Program's. We starting mapping works that deal with this theme at the Brazilian's Congress of Social Workers (CBAS) and at the National Meeting of Researchers in Social Workers (ENPESS) since 2016. The questions that guided our apprehension about our object of study were: 1. The work category and professional performance. 2. The concept of users that appears in the Works presented, apprehending the concept of gender, race and class; 3. The concept of family and the particularities of the PBF assistance to women beneficiaries of the Social Assistance Policy. Thus, in the first chapter, we discuss the work of social workers with women who are benefiting from the Bolsa Família Program's, based on the analysis of CBAS and ENPESS articles since 2016. In this chapter, listing some axes that were essential for our analysis: social policy and social assistance policy; the work category; social issue and users conception based on class/race and gender; family conception. In the second chapter, we consider that was important to talk about work and salaried work. Finally, as the third chapter of this work, we talk about Social. Policies in contemporaneity times and the centrality in women.
