Entre corpos e cidades : pensamentos e interferências sobre a construção de cidades e modos de vida

Abstract

This dissertation proposes to analyze the city as a social body and its reverberations in the field of contemporary Architecture and Urbanism. This action/reflection appears over two points: the first one from the Institutional Analysis as movement of institutionalization of this city-body and this “powerknowledge”. The second point, from the subjectivation process, through the concept created by Felix Guattari of “subjects”, understood as the “partial subjetivation potential” that lies on the architectonic and urbanistic objects – as they take part in the process of manufacturing subjectivity, the urban experience. Analysis, that with the formulation of intercessors that came from the “Philosophy of Difference”, seeks the construction and the possession of methodological conceptual tools, in which the ethic-esthetic-political potency may contribute, inside the subject of the city making, of one kind of subjectivity compromised with the construction of the common.
