Morrer é complicado! Um estudo sobre aspectos teóricos e práticos da morte em um Estado que criminaliza a eutanásia

Abstract

This dissertation approach the issue of death, from a perspective of complications rigged by the State, which exploits the death and thus prevents the euthanasia procedure in the country, because of its own bureaucracy, the legal system and the interpretation of laws in addition to public policies involving health. To this end, under of the interdisciplinarity, elements from historical and philosophical studies were used to obtain a theoretical description that encompasses the issue of dying from the most common and accessible records on the subject of research, on the perspective of Ocidental thinking. In parallel, the legal analysis was necessary to understand the theoretical developments in practice, when the state will infer and indoctrinate about life and death in society as a whole, from the formulation and enforcement of laws. Beyond the theory and practice, I had tryed to know a little about the subjects and their experiences, by using socioanthropological scales to acess the view of death in daily life, using by different sources and materials of research.
