The study in the thesis integrates the collective research carried out in the Training and Research Program in Health and Work (PFIST) linked to the Center of Research in Subjectivities and Politics (NEPESP) and to the Department of Psychology of the Federal University of Espirito Santo State. It is an intervention research from the Forum Cosate (2012-2015) - device for the constitution of Workers' Health Committees in School Units of the municipal education of Serra city/ ES. The thesis presents a nuance of this experience, problematizing teacher‘s health, from the participation of teachers of the Basic Education network in the Forum Cosate, movement in defense of health promotion. A narrative policy, treated by the research record, constitutes the empirical field of the thesis and supports it in the construction of a historical-philosophical and political approach to think the body-teacher. In the context of procedural research, historical resources are covered in order to recompose the body-teacher to a health movement, as envisaged by the subjectivity production plan. Three dimensions were given to the historical record of the experience, namely: recall, narrate and restore, temporalities inspired by the philosophy of history of Walter Benjamin and readers of this author. The writing experience evidenced traces of teacher health associated to strategies of the daily work care of the teacher. The Thesis results in an aesthetic and political defense of teaching health, referring to the preparation of an active, combative and inventive body-teacher.
