Encontros de matriciamento : cartografando seus efeitos na rede de cuidados de saúde mental

Abstract

The work analyzes the meetings held in the municipality of matricial Cariacica-ES, seeking to know the effects and the contributions that the dialogue with the Mental Health Primary Care can provide in strengthening the network of care and the process of deinstitutionalization. Thus, we performed a literature review of some documents that tell a little about the history, achievement and challenges that accompany the Psychiatric Reform Movement, and we present current guidelines governing the Primary and the operating logic of Support Matrix. Subsequently, we contextualize the reader about the landscape studied and present some concepts arising from Spinoza's thought, which supported this research. We opted for cartography as an ethical stance to track the movements of psychosocial transformation of the landscape, which was being drawn through the matricial meetings. We use the field diary as a methodological tool, which provided the update of the language of these movements, emphasizing the analysis of affects. Then we present a mapping of brands produced in these meetings matriciamentos and "conclude" that the Support Matrix can be an important device when that enables the creation of practical, able to provide an opening for experimenting with new ways of living, working, to relate, ultimately, to find.
