Vida no Forte São João e a tecedura de políticas : acompanhando a produção de redes

Abstract

The present research, developed at Forte São João, Vitória Espírito Santo, proposed to make a listen to the life that is woven in this territory and the networks that it makes with social policies. Through narrative groups formed with São João Fort dwellers, we aim to map these networks, suggesting an analysis on the connections that are made among this territory and the basic attention policies of social assistance. Through the text we will mark warm and cold operations of these networks and their reverberations on the enlargement or restriction of the public experience on the daily issues of these policies. The analysis here undertaken were made in the intersection of the theoretical contributions that came mainly from the works of Foucault, Certeau, Deleuze and Guattari and from other researchers of the field of social policies as Eduardo Passos and Regina Benevides that contributed on the analysis of the processes that crossed these policies at times of focusing. This study intended to highlight that in the daily life of populations that are identified by the notion of poverty, resistance exercises are created that may lead to variations on the policies that are destined to this public, destabilizing naturalizations.
