A trajetória temporal da representação feminina em Bisa Bia, Bisa Bel de Ana Maria Machado

Abstract

With the research corpus to work Bisa Bia, Bisa Bel, Ana Maria Machado, has the purpose of taking a critical-analytical reflection, considering the feminine temporal trajectory transiting three generations: Isabel (Bel), character-narrator who embarks on a journey towards self-knowledge and freedom, based on the attachment to social conventions represented by Bisa Bia until the conquest of autonomy in Granddaughter Beta figure. The object of study permeates the characters Bisa Bia, whose perception of life dating back to the nineteenth century, and Isabel, the protagonist of a society of the late twentieth century, considering, above all, the time of writing and the personal stamp of the author in this literary work. With this in view, the said work was analyzed as a result of personal writer choices whose repertoire society and time offer from the perspective of the protagonist of the voices of adversity with emphasis on discussion of gender, thus constituting motto for critical discussions on the facts and the impact of these relations that permeate the female audience.
