Formação e comunicação imidiática no movimento desejante Fórum Cosate

Abstract

How can communicating in a movement that seeks to promote change also consists of training? In order to answer this question, the path covered by this thesis involves an intervention research using the cartography method to follow some of the events that constitute the Cosate Forum movement (Forum of Health Committees of the Education Worker). Part of this trajectory was the delineation of concepts such as a desiring movement, imediatic communication, transversality, formation and contagion. Thus, participating in the movement to implement the Forum of Health Committees of the Education Worker in the municipality of Serra-ES between the years of 2012 and 2017, based on the precepts that the knowledge produced through these movements is a common production, it is possible to affirm that there is a link between communication, health, work and training. Besides that, this articulation can produce health effects when the subjects in a desiring movement begin to pay attention to the ways in which they communicate. Exercising sensitivity to connections and acting in a transversal way, that is, increasing the degree of communication in all the senses and directions, there is an increase of beliefs and desires that operate through joint actions, common actions. There is in this process formative action that operates through contagion. That's the thesis.
