Deals with the thematic of the politics discussion in the complete works of Monteiro Lobato (1882-1948), taking with basis the lobatiana works between 1914 and 1948. In this cut time, searches to develop some reflections about the Lobato’s participation in society, with district attorney, journalist, writer, publisher and businessman. Understanding the History with a presents problem and, into of a cultural perspective, try to uncover some theoretical points connect the lobatiana works and the political context into the period proposed. Among the works of Lobato are more close the deals questions the works that to go around during the First Republic and to do to realize the desire’s author to solve the rural worker on anxiety atmosphere up against the First World War.
