O estabelecimento da educação escolar em tempo integral nos municípios da região Metropolitana da Grande Vitória/ES (2015-2019)

Abstract

This research integrates the research line called " Teaching and Educational Process Management", Graduation Program of Professional Master's in Education, of the Federal University of Espirito Santo, it is also included to the Management, Work, and Educational Evaluation Research Group-GETAE, and it is connected to the Basic Education Management Laboratory from Espirito Santo Lagebes/ CE/ UFES. This is an exploratory bibliographic research, with a qualitative, documentary and field approach, from a critical perspective. The results showed the Municipal Departments of Education of the RMGV face the challenges in the face of political descontinuities, the austerity posture adopted by the governors, and also need a collective planning, in order to overcome the distance between the counties, thus favoring the establishment of policies. As an educational product, a document was elaborated, in order to support the work of the Municipal Departments of Education, in the elaboration of the Implementation of the Full-time Educational School Project.
