Fora do eixo, dentro da lógica do capital: uma análise sobre as relações de trabalho do circuito cultural fora do eixo

Abstract

The consolidation of neoliberalism in Brazil in the 1990s accentuated the conditions for increasing unemployment and, in this context of economic crisis, there was also the growth of experiences based on solidarity, self-management and self-employment. And it is in this scenario that the Out of Axis Circuit emerges in 2005 as a network of collectives, based on the principles of solidarity economy, whose proposal is based on overcoming the old formats of cultural production. The scenario of production and reproduction of cultural goods underwent a process of adaptation after the fall of the music industry, due to the technological advances. This research aims at analyzing the work relations of the collective network of the Outside Axis, as well as the use of solidarity economy for the composition of the circuit. When we go through research with theoretical analysis, qualitative research and documentary analysis, we try to show the contradictions between capital and work about the way the work of the Out of Axis is organized, which presents precariousness and intensification of the work in its relations.
