Resumo
Due to the advance in Power Electronics, several Signal Processing strategies were added to Electric Power Systems controls, increasing its intelligence and adaptation to human use. A fundamental step for the inclusion of this intelligence in Electric Power Systems is the tracking of the analyzed voltage and current signals. Structures based on Fourier Series have become conventionally used for tracking periodic signals, mainly in the Biomedical Engineering literature. The set of these strategies, called Fourier Linear Combiner (FLC) could naturally be applied in Electric Power Systems, presenting itself as a robust and versatile strategy, as it is intrinsically capable of tracking harmonic components. This work intends to analyze the application of FLC strategies in three-phase electrical power systems, proposing, together, modifications that enable the tracking of symmetric components. To prove the efficiency of these proposed strategies, simulations were developed in software for the treatment of electrical signals and experimental tests are developed on Hardware-in-the-Loop platforms. At the end, it can be verified that these strategies could be used in a robust way in Electric Power Systems, both for real-time tracking of harmonic components, as well as for application in Active Selective Power Filters.
