Collaboration is an essential process of individual s life that stands the interactions realized among them. Many theories have studied its effects and causes in a specific way like in communication, cooperation and coordination theories. In this context, it is necessary to develop a well defined knowledge. With this in mind, we want to provide a general overview of the collaboration domain that is essential to a better understanding of it. Ontologies have being used in the Computer Science as a way to produce a formalized and a well defined knowledge. In addition to that, they are supposed to enable knowledge reusability and tool integration. Thus, in this work we target to build knowledge about the collaboration domain especially within cooperation, communication and coordination. This collaboration knowledge is captured and presented through a Collaboration Ontology. With the main objectives of show how the Collaboration Ontology knowledge can be used to enables knowledge reuse and to depict the advantages when reusing it, in this work is presented some tools that is based on it. In the context of collaborative tools we present: (i) an environment of conavigation, (ii) a service of collaboration support, (iii) a tool for capturing read and blogs posts and (iv) that is integration of (i) and (ii) in order to support inference feature in a conavigation tool through such service.
