Biology classes are spaces for the production of knowledge based on students' experiences. Many are so alerted that the student does not desire to learn. One of the difficulties observed is in relation to the contents of human physiology, a topic of great help as it helps in the critical formation of the citizen and the knowledge and care of his body. A learning strategy that can be used is worked through didactic sequence contents that involve experimental practice activities. This work was produced with activities in a didactic sequence of the sensory system. The activities present an investigative approach to be worked with high school students. These are activities that need low-cost material and that can be worked independently in any space in the school. The didactic sequence was learned by biology teachers, which is suitable for application in classes, allowing the development of more dynamic and participatory, thus making the student a protagonist in the learning process.
