The object of this work is the analysis of the role of the lawyer in the treatment of the business conflict. The lawyer is the first legal professional to have contact with the business relationship and, for this reason, is the first professional in the legal area to have contact with the conflict generated in this business land. Therefore, he must be prepared to conduct the conflict handling as efficiently as possible, in order to present the best result for your client and for the society in which you are inserted. To do so, the lawyer must have a deep understanding of business relationships, their characteristics and peculiarities, and also all the possibilities made available by the country's legal system for the conflict handling, in order to properly guide your client and, if necessary, execute the treatment option chosen, being prepared to deny the action if the option chosen by its client is not the most appropriate.
