Resumo

In federal public institutions, there is a need to strengthen human resources policies, with a view to achieving better results. This is because the human resources of an institution are the main factors responsible for its success or failure, making it essential to carry out training, as well as, the identification and analysis of the levels of satisfaction of the employees. Through appropriate training, trained, motivated and satisfied employees are formed. The training, qualification and monitoring of the satisfaction levels of the civil servants provide a better quality in the public service provided, in addition to strengthening the human resources policies and improving the levels of satisfaction of the civil servants. Thus, this research aimed to carry out an analysis of motivational factors and thus be able to develop methods in order to improve the verified motivational levels. It was observed with the research, that the training, qualification, and the analysis of the levels of satisfaction of the servants, are predominant factors in the levels of satisfaction and in the quality of the public service provided. Therefore, this research, as well as the development of future research on this subject, is of utmost importance in order to better complement it, in order to strengthen the human resources policies within the studied Federal Public Institution
