O uso de escalas de análise para compreensão de dinâmicas sócio-espaciais na bacia hidrográfica do Córrego do Sossego, Itarana/ES

Abstract

This work is the result of experiences in the Sossego river hydrographical basin, Itarana/ES, and put together elements related to the identification of territorial dynamics in this basin since the beginning of the water resources management implementation. The context of water resources management in Sossego, linked to a Sustainable Development Project for the same place – the Sossego Project, reveals territorial dynamics relevant for the comprehension of the relations between different agents involved with the partitioned management of resources. Taking into account the variety of players involved with the water resources management, since the management implementation implicates political pressures, economical tensions, technical modernization demands and user’s interests, it was considered the use of geographical scales of analysis as a proposal to identify the social players, your interests and roles in the management process which is implemented from the territorial dynamics resulting from the actions of each one of them.
