Formação de apoiadores : histórias e caminhos possíveis num processo de territorialização da atenção primária à saúde do município de Cariacica

Abstract

This dissertation talks about of a kind of formation of Institutional Supporters in the experience of a process of territorialization of Primary Health Care (PHC) in the city of Cariacica - ES. Speaks of a long process, not only for the long that it lasted, but also for the various elements that composed it, described by lines drawn in the incessant movement of encounters, memories and stories of the work ambient. Presents, from the territorialization, understood as a process, not as a goal or ultimate goal, using an important tool for the organization for the work processes and health practices, like it was the formation of Institutional Supporters. Therefore, the formation is also understood as a process of invention of the self and of the world, producing reality and other kinds of existence. Formation that happens at the meeting and in the concrete experiences of the work. And what brings this dissertation are stories, memories, events of the many meetings that this work proposed, sharing the experiences in the different inhabited territories.
