Resumo

The civil construction sector, which is strategic due to the job creation and a direct influence on a country's revenues, also perform a large part in the process of degrading the environment, whether by new constructions or maintaining and using the built parcel. In this sense, the actions that aim at the efficiency of the building in the project stage, can be configured as one of the main elements to reach the objectives of improvements in the sector.
