Resumo

To identify support networks, bodies and local institutions that develop actions aimed at the sexual and reproductive health of Venezuelan women with HIV and/or Syphilis in Manaus and Boa Vista, and to characterize the epidemiological situation of HIV and syphilis cases in Venezuelan women assisted in Boa Vista services, from 2017 to 2020. Methods: To achieve the objectives of this dissertation, two studies were carried out. The first is a descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative approach. The second is a descriptive cross-sectional study, with a sample of Venezuelan women notified of HIV and/or syphilis, in the municipalities of Boa Vista-RR and Manaus-AM, from January 2017 to December 2020. Conclusions: When carrying out this study, we realized that the policies to combat HIV and syphilis in Manaus and Boa Vista follow national trends, it was still possible to note that the decentralization of services contributed to access to diagnosis and treatment of STIs in Venezuelan women, in addition to a better articulation with the network. With regard to the strategies adopted, the municipalities use what is recommended by the guidelines for the care of all women, whether Brazilian or of another nationality, not having any specific action for the population of immigrant and refugee women.
