A Estatística Presente nos Indicadores

Abstract

In this dissertation, we aimed to present the importance of Mathematics in indicators, whether quality, quantity, production, among others. For this, we work the mathematical contents referring to Basic Statistics, as the difference between Inductive and Deductive Statistics, Data Tabulation, Position and Dispersion Measures, as well as Standardized Score. We present the visualization of these data through practical application, interpreting real data obtained by the indicators used by the Espírito Santo state government as a model – PAEBES. We also present a case study, where the practical application of statistics in the development of calculations of indicators to obtain the desired indexes was demonstrated, demonstrating the importance of the calculations together with the correct interpretation of the data obtained. The work was completed by demonstrating the applicability of indicators in entrepreneurship, as well as the use of indicators in other indicators.
