The present dissertation proposes to qualify the idea of adult-centric practices, analyzing how these practices cross and constitute public policies aimed at childhood in Brazil. The research is constituted with the tool-concepts of Institutional Analysis, with intercessors of Afroperspectivist philosophies, such as the Ibeji and the Erês, and with the guidance of the cartographic method, which was carried out in uncertain psychosocial landscapes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The study analyzes the construction of a Conversation Circle, a group dispositif for welcoming and sharing, carried out online, with workers from different public health, assistance and education policies, aimed at children in the state of Espírito Santo. The proposition of the research-intervention dispositif allowed the work with analyzers, which allowed the monitoring and expansion of childish gestures, which will be differentiated in the analysis tracks: Meeting, Complexifying-crossroading and Spiraling time. Such clues intervences the adult-child-surrounding complex by questioning established conceptions of care, responsibility, participation, age inequalities and knowledge and practices centered on an ideal of adult and society. They are indicative, therefore, of an exercise of approximation of a devir-erê, which takes place in a childish act to be exercised by adults and children
