Uma análise sobre os discursos que tratam do terceiro setor no Brasil: a ação das ONGs

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the debate on the action of the Third Sector in Brazil highlighting Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs). The main characteristic of this debate is the theoretical opposition among authors, activists and scholars in which practical, ideological and political positions are at stake. The objective was to deeply investigate these arguments focusing on the analytical approach used by the authors in their texts. To do this we have appropriated the dimensions of essence and appearance of reality, according to Marx theory, as the starting point for our study.
