Resumo
This work deals with analyses related to electrical power systems interharmonic issues. In this sense, theoretical fundamentals associated with interharmonic and voltage fluctuations are presented. The relationship between interharmonics and voltage fluctuations is exhaustively analyzed in this work. Among the contributions linked to the present document, the implementation of a flickermeter model, according to international standard IEC 61.000-4-15, is emphasized. The developed flickermeter model could be considered an important tool to several interharmonic analyses. Another important contribution of this research is the analysis of the flickermeter operation performance when superimposing interharmonic signals upon the fundamental voltage signal. Besides the mentioned contributions, this work also presents the development of a voltage fluctuation generator, which is a very useful tool to laboratorial tests involving interharmonic loads on compact fluorescent lamps performance. Concerning this specific light bulb, several simulations and laboratorial tests are carried out aiming at the qualification and quantification of interaction between the focused interharmonic and the lamp response. Finally, the general conclusions about the developed work, the research continuity proposals as well as the future developments are presented in details.
