Financial Math is an important pillar in our society, from which we have the opportunity to plan and set goals for our future. Although content related to this subject has been part of the school curriculum for many decades, research indicates the existence of a general difficulty for Brazilians in managing their financial resources. This work aims to propose activities for High School’s Basic Education teachers in order to facilitate the teaching-learning of these contents, using the problem-solving methodology that aims to bring Financial Math closer to everyday life. Bringing discussions that allow the teacher to develop Financial Education with their students, using important topics such as interest, inflation, amortization of financing, decision making, indebtedness, emergency reserve, interest rate calculation, among others. Considering that financial management is used in different areas of society, this approach, in addition to academic training, is very necessary for the formation of a student capable of exercising their citizenship.
